Including accessibility information in your listing increases forthrightness so our community members, especially those with disabilities, can better assess whether or not they can live in your space. This helps us all uphold our values of inclusion, transparency, accountability, collective care, justice, and joy that we share through our Community Agreements.
Below is a list of suggestions of what to include. This is a continually updated list. If you have a suggestion for what accessibility information listers should include in their listings, let us know at listings@listingsproject.com.

- Are there any ramps?
- Does the building have an elevator and does it work reliably?
- What are the widths of the doorways and hallways in the building and unit? Do the doors have offset hinges? Do any doors open electronically?
- Do the building’s units or common areas have audible indicators or visual indicators?
- What material is the flooring (wood, vinyl, tile, linoleum, carpet, etc.)?
- What are the heights of the kitchen counter and appliances, electric outlets, light switches, toilet, and bathroom sink?
