At Listings Project, we accept Real Estate, Jobs & Gigs, and Services Offered listings that are equitable, fair, and in line with our Community Agreements and our Terms of Use.
We do not allow rental/sublet listings that charge broker fees or similar fees to tenants. This helps keep the cost of renting spaces lower than it otherwise would be with fees in place, and protects our community from some of the more predatory elements in the real estate industry.
We don’t accept listings that go against our Community Agreements and Terms of Use. If a listing is not in compliance with our Agreements and Terms, we will follow up with the Lister and provide guidance on edits that will make the Listings equitable and fair. If you would like to read more of our suggestions on writing equitable listings, check out our blog on How to Write a Compelling and Inclusive Listing.
