Third-party soliciting is when someone outside of a listing’s intended audience contacts a Lister to promote a product, service, or business that the Lister did not ask for.
At Listings Project, we want to make sure our Listers are able to find their place, and find their people. In order to make sure Listers are only receiving relevant inquiries, unsolicited email replies to listings are against our Terms of Use.
We do not accept third-party soliciting of a product or service that is competitive with the business of Listings Project, nor the soliciting of any product or service that the listing did not ask for.
For our Real Estate listings, this means that brokers or realtors cannot reply to listings offering to represent the Lister.
Anyone who violates these terms may be removed from Listings Project.
