When you create your listing, you choose how you'd like interested parties to contact you: via email, phone, a website, or all three.
Listing replies via email:
Any email replies to your listing will be forwarded to the email address you provided. You'll also be able to see email replies directly through your Listings Project account here!
We recommend checking your Listings Project account to see all of the emails people have sent you regarding your listing. Sometimes your email server may bounce emails or send them to spam, so your Listings Project account is the best place to keep track of all of your inquiries!
Listing replies via phone:
People may call or text the number you provided. If you prefer calls over texts or vice versa, make sure to clarify in your listing!
Listing replies via website:
If you have a website you'd prefer people to use to contact you (for example a DM via Instagram or filling out a Google Form), interested parties will be directed to the site you specify.
