Real Estate Listing Fees
Real Estate listings are live for one week and are published every Wednesday morning. In order to be included for the week, please submit your listing by your region's designated deadline.

Real Estate Rush Listings
If you miss the Tuesday morning deadline and would like your listing published for the current week, you can rush your listing with a late fee.
Rush Listings only apply to Real Estate listings submitted in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Featured Listings gets top placement and more exposure on our search results. You can upgrade to a Featured Listing at checkout when submitting your listing. The fee to upgrade to a Featured Listing is added to the standard listing fee, and fees vary based on your listing.
