Operating at the intersection of art, real estate and technology, we are acutely sensitive to the ways specific groups of people have historically been disenfranchised and marginalized on the basis of their race, color, ethnicity/ethnic heritage, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, handicap (disability), age, size, social class, alienage and/or citizenship status, familial status (including having children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, being pregnant, and one in the process of securing custody of children under the age of 18), marital status, criminal history, partnership status, lawful source of income, economic status, status as a victim of domestic violence, lawful occupation and/or military status. As part of our commitment to remove discrimination, we continue to work to make Listings Project as inclusive and equitable as possible by fostering connection, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the people within our network. For us, this looks like bringing together diverse groups of people and directly contributing to respectful, life-affirming, justice-focused ways of interacting and sharing space.
Please read our full Equity and Inclusion Policy, as well as our Community Agreements. Everyone must agree to these policies when they list with us or subscribe to receive our newsletter. If a listing is not in compliance with our guidelines, we will either remove it or ask the lister to change it. If appropriate, Listings Project will block the lister from our community altogether.
